D'un Pas L'autre
Created by Artistic, Image, and Culture Director Olivier Saillard, D'un Pas l'Autre (From One Step, Another) is a performance presented as part of the January 2020 men's collections: it showcases the Weston Vintage collection for the first time. Olivier Saillard has chosen 27 Weston Vintage styles from among the brand's iconic shoes: moccasins, derbys, and Oxfords have been transformed into the blank canvasses of this unprecedented reinterpretation. Splashes of paint, XXL tassels, perforations, tattoo effects, gaiters and leather tie ankle straps... These unique pieces are available for sale and have been turned into a spectacle of theatre and movement in the Saint-Honoré boutique, which has been redecorated to step back in time to the turn of the century. Each model embodies a decade; in the finale, all the styles and eras come together. In front of the boutique, passer-by can all attend the show right from the street.
