Gender equality index

J.M. Weston shares its 2025 gender equality index.

This index is a score out of 100, based on 5 indicators:
- Gender pay gap
- Gender pay rise gap
- Gender promotion gap
- Percentage of female employees who benefited from a pay rise after returning from maternity leave
- Number of employees of the under-represented sex among the 10 highest earners

For 2025, J.M. Weston obtained a score of 76 /100 points. (The minimum required score is 75/100).
 
We would like to remind you that the HR policy in terms of salary, recruitment, training or mobility has no intention of favoring men more than women and vice versa.

J.M. Weston strives to recruit, train and support the development of male or female profiles based on skills, with a view to lasting and constructive collaboration.

The Gender Equality agreement signed at the end of 2022 is coming to an end. New negotiations will be launched with the Social Partners in 2026.
