J.M. Weston Women's Icons

Chelsea Boot

Created in the 1970s, the iconic Chelsea boot is made from start to finish at the Limoges factory using artisanal production methods. The upper is made from a single piece of leather and is shaped entirely by hand on a wooden last. A true feat of boot-making, this shoe stands out for its strong and elegant lines.

    The J.M. Weston Know-How
The hand bending on wooden form
This know-how consists of stretching the leather of the upper (top of the shoe) by hand, on a wooden last in order to guarantee it an ideal curve which will not sag over time. Cut from a single piece of curved leather, the Cambre ankle boot, which nothing disturbs in its design other than the friendly elastic, is an example of ergonomics.

The peculiarities of the J.M. Weston models mean that each of them wears different shoes. In order to satisfy your purchase, we suggest that you carry out your measurement prose at home.

To find out your J.M. Weston size, you'll need an A4 sheet of paper, a pencil and a ruler. Also make sure you're wearing a pair of socks that you're likely to match with your J.M. Weston shoes.

Position your feet on a sheet of paper and trace their outlines, using a standard wooden pencil (8mm thick) held perpendicular. this way you will get, for each foot, the maximum length and the largest width.

Measure in millimeters, using a ruler; the length (toe-heel) and width (side line) of each of your feet.
